Stone lion
Stone lion statue, is very common decoration for traditional Chinese architecture works. It can
be seen at many palaces, temples,
Buddhist Towers, bridges, gardens, cemeteries as well as little buttons. But it is very often in
front of big house, which is functional of being stopping Sha Chi (horrible luck) coming in terms of Feng Shui.
Stone Lions can be thought of as atrocious Feng Shui symbol for keeping bad, negative spooky things away.
So a stone lion couple mostly face away from owner. Of course, any properties, which are faced by
those frightful lions, would be comfortable. Some of these properties therefore build up reflecting

Dragon
The dragon has always held a lofty position in traditional Chinese culture. Dragons not only represent
auspicion and power but also stand for flourishing and can act as a Sha-killer in terms of Feng Shui, so it
can not be left randomly.
Dragon is supposed to leave in a water place, face sea or river but bedroom.
Tortoise
Tortoises are similarly auspicious as dragons, which represent long life. The tortoise has
a slow movement but high tolerance as it can hide inside of its hard shell in a dangerous situation.
Therefore, we often use the tortoise as a symbol for overcoming some special shaping Sha according
to the Feng Shui rule of ¡°it is better to dissolve the sha rather than fighting it¡±, which also
matches the Chinese philosophy of ¡°overcoming hard with soft¡±
Wooden tortoise is for indoor facing east or south.
Stone tortoise is for outdoor banister, facing southwest or northwest.
Copper tortoise is for metal things facing west or northwest.
Life tortoise is for sharpening Sha together with clean water in a glass fish tank or tiled container.
It has to be replaced once it dies.
