(Merleau-Ponty, 1968) Ten Green Bottles is an exploration of the transient nature of identity- how do we exist in a "liquid society" that voids temporality and collapses space? Through the development of a personal performance landscape, the audience are invited to actively participate in the process of "animating identity", both individually and collectively. An archaeological dig of the past, finding traces of the present buried beneath the quest for the future.
